Tuition and fees
The 2026 catalog lists the following fees. Older admission pages list $60 registration and $180 international mailing. Admissions must confirm the applicable amounts. Tuition is due before classes begin; a monthly payment plan must be signed before the first day.
| Application fee | $100 |
|---|---|
| Registration fee | $50 (2026 catalog) |
| Dependent I-20 fee | $50 |
| International mailing | $150-$250 (2026 catalog) |
| Domestic express mailing | $30 |
| Student ID | $25 |
| Returned check service fee | $35 |
Intensive English, Business English and Public Speaking: $500 per month and $1,500 per 12-week level. TOEFL: $500 per month; the catalog also lists $1,500 per level for a six-week course. Confirm the TOEFL total with Admissions.
Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel the initial enrollment agreement until midnight of the fifth business day after admission. If that right was not provided when signing, the catalog provides a right to cancel at any time with all monies refunded within 30 days. Send written cancellation to an authorized school official.
Before the first class: 100% tuition refund; the catalog table allows retention of the $50 registration fee. Before completing the first week: the school retains 10% of tuition and instructional charges, plus supplied books and materials. After the first week, the catalog table lists school retention of 45% through 25% of the course, and 70% over 25% through 50%, plus applicable materials and instructional charges. Over 50%: no refund.
The source table's refund wording is internally inconsistent with its retention percentages. Refer to the original catalog and your enrollment agreement; request an individual calculation from Admissions. Fees are generally nonrefundable, but rejected applicants and school-canceled courses receive all monies paid. Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days according to the catalog. No invented refund calculation is applied here.
Unexplained absence exceeding 15 school days may constitute constructive cancellation. Delinquent tuition reminders occur on the 10th and 20th class days; an unpaid balance at the 30th day leads to administrative withdrawal. Certificates require full payment.
